Radioactive – Hip Hop Workshop

One day workshop

Denpasar, Bali 6th April 2013 (Open for participants from Indonesia only)

This workshop is aimed at young people between 18-30 who are interested in developing their skills in the arts of Hip-Hop (Break Dancing, DJing, Rapping, Graffiti).

The objectives of this training course:

· Young people taught skills in Hip-Hop and how to use them for positive social change
· To learn the history of Hip-Hop and how and why it change the world
· Support young people to develop new skills, build confident and improve their methods of communication
· Learn media skills such as how to produce a radio show
· Link young people to an international community working on developing them same skills

Participants will be
· 18 to 30
· Interested in learning new skills
· Have a passion of Hip-Hop
· Committed to the projects and its completion

Participants who have completed the workshop will be involved with a weekly radio show at FBI Radio to show their creative outcomes from the workshop.

The Schedule of the day:

10.30-11.00: DJ (oracle soundlab)
11.00-11.30: History Hip Hop (Sebastian Graça da Silva , translator : Eve Tedja)
11.30-12.30: Hip Hop secret (freestyle +MCing : Dedy Bali hip hop Community)
12.30-13.00: Istirahat ( DJ oracle soundlab)
13.00-14.20: Breakdance (History , Tips & Trik , performance : Bali hip hop community)
14.20-14.50: WSA Graffity ( History + Tips & Tricks)
14.50-15.00: (DJ oracle Soundlab)
15.00-16.00: Hip Hop Secret (Gold Voice)
16.00-16.30: Gold Voice performance
16.00-18.00: RADIO SHOW ON AIR ! (free style on air , comments from participants/trainers , Live DJ Oracle Soundlab)
